National Ice Cream Day

We’re right smack in the middle of summer and for most states in the U.S., this means sweltering, seemingly unending heat. There are plenty of ways to cool down, many of which are expensive or simply require walking outside. Fortunately, CULTURE has a solution for you: Make your own ice cream at home. It’s inexpensive, requires minimal ingredients, and of course this Sunday is July 16, aka National Ice Cream Day too!

Ice cream is just one of those desserts that never goes out of style, and recently even the cannabis industry has begun to take a slice of that success. Even big ice cream industry moguls Ben and Jerry have even considered producing cannabis-infused ice cream together. It hasn’t happened yet, so until then, we’ve whipped up three sweet recipes for you to chill out with. As always, we recommend a quick lesson in microdosing to make sure you’re using the right amount, and consider using one of these recipes to help you get it right. Stay cool!
