Pink Lemonade

Summer’s favorite drink gets an extra boost from a bit of cannabis tincture and a splash of cranberry juice for the ultimate refresher. Makes 4 cups. 1 cup per serving.

 

2/3 cup sugar
3 1/4 cups water, divided
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 eyedroppers full cannabis tincture
Lemon wedges for garnish



In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled—this will serve as syrup. In a large pitcher, stir together the chilled syrup, lemon juice, cranberry juice, cannabis tincture and remaining water. Serve over ice garnished with lemon wedges.
