Blackberry Kush

Blackberry Kush is a classic Pacific Northwest cross and for good reason. It’s an 80/20 indica/sativa derived from crossing Afghani (Kush) with Blackberry. Since it’s an indica, it’s definitely a heavy hitter, and Blackberry Kush has long been a favorite among patients for its wonderful fruity aroma and taste and for its overall effects on insomnia, stress and pain. This sample from Lynnwood’s HypeHerbally (yes, that’s “hyperbole”) is a fine example of this veteran strain with dank berry overtones on the nose and in your mouth and a soft, soothing numbing effect that soon follows. It does have the reputation of making users a bit lethargic, so keep this Kush to the evenings. There are many years of patient experience with Blackberry Kush and it’s a strain that is still around because it flat-out works. And that’s no hyperbole.
