Cataract Kush

One of the telltale signs of a cannabis consumer is their eyes. Bloodshot? Check. Barely open? Check. For the former, there are over-the-counter remedies. For the latter, you can try as hard as you’d like, but you’re probably just going to look like you’re giving someone a creepy glare. Picking up Cataract Kush at Denver’s River Rock, we could easily describe it as an eye-opening/-closing experience. The moment we opened this Cannabis Cup 3rd Place indica finisher, our office immediately reeked like a racetrack, only if the drivers were in hybrids. Not a ton of fuel, but an over-the-top rubbery punch. Structurally, it’s a phenomenal pheno, as you can pluck bowls off of the stem without disturbing their trich-covered neighbors. Many extol Cataract Kush for its creeper-like nature, where a seemingly light buzz will pick up steam over time, but we needed convincing. Off the bat, a strong head high engulfed us like a tsunami as we looked around to make sure everyone else had survived. About half an hour later, chairs seemed grafted to our butts and watching YouTube videos seemed like a great idea. This rooting sensation lasted for quite a while, so be sure you don’t have much on your planner before taking a rip from this strong indica Kush.
