Standing Akimbo, one of Colorado’s edible leaders, has found a way to medicate its “Pot Corn,” and it’s ready to go in a matter of minutes. Best of all, it’s in a bag much like our favorite strains. While popcorn may have a bad rap as movie theater junk food, Akimbo’s version uses coconut oil and leaves out the salt, which is great for patients watching their figure. There’s also 100mg of THC infused in the oil, as they understand that most people won’t be licking the inside of their bags. We found this was a perfect light snack to pop and leave in a bowl, coming back repeatedly before starting to feel like we were in a movie ourselves. Be careful, though, as this “pot corn” is indistinguishable from its non-medicated counterpart, and the doses definitely creep up on you.
